How do I set up my radio?

Charge it over USB-C, power it on, and follow the user manual to connect it to your WiFi and your account. Most operators are on the air in a few minutes.

Do I need an account?

Yes, and it is free. Your account holds your callsign, your radio, and your XP, and it lets you monitor live frequencies right from the web. Create a free account.

How do frequencies work?

Tune the same frequency as your squad and everyone on it hears every transmission, like a real radio. Public frequencies are open to all operators; private ones are just for the people you choose. Browse the frequency directory.

Which games does TACCOM support?

DCS World, Star Citizen, EVE Online, and Nuclear Option. TACCOM is a physical radio that runs alongside the game, so your comms stay clean no matter what you fly.

What is the warranty and return policy?

Every radio ships with a one year warranty and a 30 day money-back guarantee. If the hardware fails, or TACCOM did not change your gameplay for the better, email support@taccom.io and we make it right.
